Berlin: Summer.Pop.Shopping.

Neben Hamburg ist Berlin auch immer eine Reise wert. Ist wisst schon, diese andere Stadt da. Zum Beispiel zum Summer.Pop.Shopping (29.-30.8.09), einer Art Holy.Shit.Shopping (dem Weihnachtsmarkt für coole junge Leute), nur eben im Sommer. Und auf einem Badeschiff. Wie schön. Auf auf.

Reeperbahn Festival 24.-26.9.2009

Im September steigt wieder das Reeperbahn-Festival. Beim ersten Überfliegen der Acts begeistern mich Au Revoir Simone, Emiliana Torrini, Katzenjammer, Simone White. Friska Viljor, Deichkind und Egotronic sind auch dabei, Rocknroll.

Am besten ist aber der Piratenvogel auf der Homepage.

Just returned from EJC 2009, my 14th EJC! I have seen this great great great juggling act by Florent, one “great” is for the juggling, one for the dancing and expression, one for the creativity .

Gone juggling

Right now I am at the European Juggling Convention in Vitoria-Gasteiz in Spain. Weather is great, juggling all day in the sun!

Kampf der Künste

Kampf der Künste Deluxe mit Jan Koch am 26.6. im Zeise-Kino

Jan Koch (*1980) ist ein deutscher Liedermacher. Er lebt seit 2006 in Berlin und hat sich zu einer festen Größe der dortigen Poetry Slam- und Kleinkunstszene entwickelt. Zahlreiche Solo- und Gastauftritte führen ihn in alle Gegenden des deutschsprachigen Raumes. Durch seinen Sieg beim großen Singer Slam Finale 2008 im Schauspielhaus im Stechen gegen Graziella Schazad darf er sich amtierender Kampf der Künste Jahreschampion nennen.

Street shows: Fleetinsel and Magellan

From 17th until 26th of July 2009 the yearly Fleetinsel Festival will bring performing artists and musicians to Hamburg. Streetshows and concerts, jugglers and acrobats, all of them free and open air.

On 28th of June, 26th of July and 30th of August you can also watch street shows at the Magellan-Terrassen.
